Well cooked but skimping on the toppings, I had to make an effort to find any chicken or egg in the bowl.

Good laksa noodle, which should have been cooked a little longer.
Soup base 4 out of 5
Soup base was good, strong smooth flavor. The only thing that stopped it being a 5 was the thick layer of oil on top of the laksa.

Madam Tan’s is also one of those places that get’s mentioned when ever a discussion of the illusive best laksa ensues, I am not sure it deserves to be called the best but it certainly has good laksa soup and noodles. It would be an ok place to take someone for the real Sarawak laksa. Slightly pricey.
